I suppose if I was honest, all of Glen's songs are my favorites, but One day little girl is one I listen to quite often. I love that song from the True Grit movie.

Mr. Campbell was an excellent actor.

True Grit is one of my favorite movies. You would never know Glen Campbell had never acted before - he did a great job with his character - a very talented man.

The family cemetery scene In the final act still fills ones heart with joy. The joy of a bang up story the not too distant past of American history and rugged beauty. Hollywood got it right with the motion picture TRUE GRIT. Glenn should be proud he was cast in one of best WESTERNS ever made.

Glen brought in the unactorness, the believability , the everymanness to the movie. and he did a great job of acting. 😊

Glen Campbell was a generational cross over talent. It still amazes me that he was such a big part of the Wrecking Crew. If you haven’t seen the documentary by Tommy Todesco’s son about the Wrecking Crew it is a must see.

That movie was so amazing. I seen it in the theater,I was 10 years old, and when John Wayne put those reigns in his teeth and shot up Ned pepper. That was really thrilling. To me that's what movies are all about.

True Grit is a damn good movie. I think Glen Campbell did a fine job in his first film.

I was 11 in the summer of 1969, and I remember my friend who lived next door, and his parents, went to the local Drive-In to see True Grit.

Wayne was was a flaming racist. If you were his friend and you knew it that makes you one too

Wayne was a war dodger. Wayne wanted to make money. While Fonda really fought the Nazis!

Respect for the talent this guy had - superb musician.

Glen Campbell ruined "True Grit". He could not act at all.

Glens' singing voice was sublime.

The scenic shots in True Grit were outstanding. Amazing country. Another great Wayne wester is The Searchers. But 1st watch a few RUclips videos on the Comanche. They were fiercest of all the tribes.

I don’t know how many times watched this movie … “ fill your hands your son of b..”

Campbell didn't seem right for the role, and neither did the girl. Would have been a far better movie with the right cast. Still a good movie but Duke should have won the Oscar for better roles than this. The Searchers would have been the right call for that.

Glenn was better than good! One of the best movies ever, of any genre. Thanks Glenn for all efforts..you were awesome!

Just watched True Grit last night, Glen Campbell was just perfect for the role ❤️

True Grit was one of the worst movies John Wayne was ever in. He did a good job, but the rest of the cast was abysmal. Many of them were good actors. But they acted like robots in that movie.
